Entrepreneurs Complain About Economic Impact of Blocked Highways
Entrepreneurs complained about unpunished blocked highways and streets in eight states of the Mexican Republic, the most affected being Oaxaca, Michoacan, Guerrero and Mexico City.
“In this complaint for protection we have sued (by the violation of the rights of entrepreneurs and citizens) the President, the Secretary of Education, Secretary of the Interior, the Inspectors the governors of Oaxaca, Guerrero, Chiapas Michoacan” said Gustavo de Hoyos.
Eighty-two days have passed since members of the CNTE broke the law by demonstrating an inability to establish order and end the blockades, said Gustavo de Hoyos in a press conference regarding the complaint he brought to the Courts of the Judiciary of the Federation.
“We have identified as responsible the President of the Republic, the Secretary of the Interior, the Secretary of Public Education, the Attorney General of the Republic, the Governors of the states of Oaxaca, Michoacan, Chiapas and Guerrero, Federal Secretaries of these states, among other authorities, “the complaint read.
